AS7 Win XP

By using the mouse, thought I used to be able to click and drag (move) the
present drawing view
so as to see another part of it, rather than have to use the H&V scroll
bars.
It doesn't seem to work, but it's a while since I used AS7, so I might be
mistaken.
Any advice welcome.
