Maybe someone else know a convenient "wizard" way to do this, but here's a basic way of looking at it. (wording is for a 1 line wall)
Where you took it out you now have 2 lines with a gap between them. About 12 ways to fix that, my 5 second lowest tech way would be to draw the missing line (using end point snap to match the two existing lines)
Where you moved it to, you have (depending on how you look at it) either a piece of a line that needs to get wiped out, or a line that needs to be replaced by 2 line segments with a gap between them. segment to get rid of. Again 12 ways to do that. My low tech 10 second method would be to (re)draw the final 2 line segments and then wipe out the original line.
