I'm trying to save square SKFs and DXFs on a square page as a square GIF. But when I open the square GIF in Picture Manager or Paint, the image is a rectangle. Top and bottom cropping seems to be right, but the width is much wider. Anyone know why a square SKF is saved as a rectangular GIF? Driving me crazy. Thanks, Shack

Have you explored the choices accessed by the "options" button which is enabled after you select saving as a .gif? There are lots of choices in there which affect what you end up with, including whether it is/isn't influenced by your "page" size and whether or not your page ("background") becomes a part of the .gif.

I have never noticed that. It was exactly what I needed. I can't thank you enough. Shack

Happy to help. A lot of important stuff is semi-hidden in AutoSketch.
