Favor: Convert AutoSketch file to PDF or DWG

Could someone on the community to me a huge favor?  The user who created this file is out of reach and we need to view this file (he's the only one with AutoSketch).  Apparently Autocad can't open SKF files?  I just need to view it in PDF (or DWG).   Thank YOU!

Hello,

I work for a large medical company that just aquired another one.  With this merger, we have a ton of .SKF and .CAD files that need to be translated to .PDF and .DWG/DXF files

Would anyone like to take on this challenge?
