I have tried loading autosketch on my Win2k PC, everything goes smoothly
but when installation is finished and I try to run the application i get a pop
up box saying 'the programme has not been installed properly, to exit and run
setup again click cancel.' 'If you want to try to use this version of the
programme anyway, type your name and click OK'.
If I do this I can use the application OK.
I have renstalled,
re-booted, disabled antivirus, loaded to D:\ drive as well as C:\drive.
When filling out the on-line registration form, there is nowhere listed the
seriel/CD Key number on the form. This was inputted at time of setup.
My
C:\ drive is a FAT 32 partition, and the D:\drive is NTFS. Service Pack 2 has
been installed on the PC and I have 500megs of phycical RAM.
Please could you advise as to what to do next...thanks
