Visibility of solid floor in a drawing

Hello everybody,

is it an intention that a solid floor object can't be visible in a drawing even when a shaded view is turned on? The behavior is as follows: I created the solid floor, afterwards, when placing it together with factory assest into the drawing, the solid floor IS visible but when the view is finally placed, the solid floor is invisible. See the attachment.

Best regards,

Martin Madaj.

Hi Martin,

As default, floor and pit assets is Reference in BOM structure. So they will be invisible (display as dashline actually )in Inventor drawing.

You need to change them as Default( Normal) in BOM structure in the assembly.

Thanks,

Please mark as a solution if somehow I got it right.

Hello Xuesong,

Such a simple solution and I haven't figured it out by myself. Thank you!
