I am having the same issues with part 4 (32bit), downloaded it twice already with no luck

My install froze somewhere in the middle of the installation, and now I can't uninstall any of the programs through Programs and Features or the Unistall Tool (it wasn't installed). This also means I can't start the install process again, because it thinks the products are already installed.

 

Can you provide the Uninstall Tool for FDS or someway to remove the failed suite?

Hello pistonrod8,

 

Here is a link to a very useful Microsoft utility called Fixit that may solve your problem.

I've used it several times with great success. Hope it works equally well for you.
