Process Analysis 360 help

Is there any help for this application. I get the principal but there are a few settings that might be nice to get the understand of how each selections works.

On source: choices of the Sheduling.

- how to configure that it's a constent feed of material

On Porcessor

Again, sheduling

the threshold

Action type

How is the idea of multiple ops. Are the one after the other on?

Can we do copy paste?

Why is there no cost like the optimization in the Acad application?

1. The scheduling setting is used to control where the finished part(s) should be sent to at output of the source, processor or buffer.

2. Processor threshold: it's about production rate of the processor. The expected production rate is between min and max threshold, if the production rate is lower of higher than the threshold, the alarm will show. You can see the production rate on the processor node.

3. Action type: there are three types, none- one in one out; merge- more in one out; split-one in more out.Different types are used to simulate different operations, for instance, merge type can be used to simulate assemble.

4. Multi-operation processor: sometimes the processor can do more than one operation according to different sources, like drilling a 2cm depth hole and 10cm depth hole, we can take them as different operations in a drill machine. They can have different setup time and processing time.

5. Copy/paste: right now we don't support copy/paste, but we may consider this function in the future release.

6: We know cost is very important for the users to simulate the factory, this requirement is already in our backlog, we may implement this feature or give users some auxiliary to help calculate cost in the future release.

Thanks for your good questions,  they are very valuable for us to do prioritization. Do I answer your questions? BTW, we are considering to enhance our help function in the future. Welcome to bring more questions here.
