Layout dimensioning scaled

Good Day

I have created a duct run and when dimensioning it in the layout the dimentions are "scaled" according to the VP Scale.  Below I'll explain and attached is an image..

Duct length = 7120

Terminal = 600

VP Scale = 70

Duct Dimension on layout = 101.71

Terminal Dimension on layout = 8.57

I tested this with VP scale of 100 and got a domention of 6 for the terminal.

Is this just a system variable/setting?  I haven't come across this problem before.

PS: There is no scaling set in the Dimension Style.

Just to add to this I have attached the file in question.  I am using CADmep 2014 SP2 run in AutoCAD 2014 SP1.

I get 600 for both 1:70 and 1:100, I am running 2014 SP2b

I didnt adjust anything from your file. Perhaps your pick point was off??

Did you manage this by adding dimensions to the layout (paper space) or model space? I see in my previous post I said SP2, it is SP2b that I have installed. I have tried this on another PC and get the same results and explained above.

In layout tab from your drawing. I double clicked into the viewport, then did spooldim.
