Window Assembly - Equal Divisions

This seems simple enough to do, but I can't figure it out. Is there a way to make a Window Assembly (or Curtain Wall), that has 4 divisions in which the outer two division widths are equal and the inner two division widths are equal? Each inner unit needs to be about 2/3 larger in size than each outer unit, and stay proportional if the entire unit increases in length. Is it possible? I've attached a file showing what I'm trying to do with linework.

Here you go, try the attached file.

I inserted a standard WA, then go into the WA Style Properties, Design rules
tab. Change the default division to be "Fixed number of cells" with 6
vertical. Set the "start offset" and "end offset" to 2", then OK out of the
dialog.
Then go to an iso view, select the WA, rt-click, design rules, transfer to
object.
Select WA, rt-click, infill, show markers.
Select WA, rt-click, infill, merge, then select the second from start
marker, then the third from start marker. Then repeat the merge operation
with the opposite end markers.
Select WA, rt-click, infill, hide markers.
Select WA, rt-click, design rules, save to style. Make sure you place a
checkmark in the "Transfer merge operations to style," then click on the New
button and enter a name for your new WA style, and you're done.
