Stuck in Pan Command...

I have a few users that are using ADT3 with service pack 2 on Windows 98
machines with basic Microsoft Intellimice. Occasionally when using the
wheel button to pan, they will get stuck in the Pan command. The computer
does not freeze up, instead you are literally stuck in the command. You can
continue to Pan, however hitting ESC or Enter or anything else has no
affect. The only way to get out of it is to do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and end the
task (without the ability to save changes to the drawing). At this point it
does not appear as though this behavior is associated with any specific
drawing. Any ideas?

As mention many times before (did I mention that this has been mentioned
before ;-0 ) just click again on the scroll wheel. Think of it like a
flooded engine: you stepped a bit too long on the gas pedal, and now the car
doesn't start, so logically you step down and hold down the gas pedal?
Sounds weird but it works. Same for the scroll wheel. Just click it fast
once or twice (sort of a smack up side da head) and it should behave.

I apologize if this has been mentioned before...I did a search within this
group on the PAN and found nothing that related to this subject. Thanks for
your help, I can't wait to see if this does the trick.
