Whenever I try to open files, either locally or over a network the open
dialog box takes forever to preview or change directories. This is the only
machine with the problem.
Dead or empty links or shortcuts, renames/remapped drives, or updated
drivers that cause PC3 files to become invalid, somewhere in your AutoCAD
search path is causing all of this. Find out what changed, and what should
have, problem should go away.

It's a fresh reinstallation of Autocad. All the search paths are correct
and the network drives that are pathed are still pathed correctly.
