Schedules -- Hinged Double Doors to show as (2)

Next question on schedules . . . (I'm shooting 0 for 1 so far) . . .

Is there a way to make the "PR" that appears on the door schedule for a pair
of hinged doors (hinged - double) to read as (2) or do I need to make it two
doors?

You can get it to read 2 @ W x H x T by editing the Property Set Definition
of DoorStyles.

Select the DOORSIZE item and click SOURCE. You will have several choices
there. If you want it to read (2) W x H x T you will need to program some.

PS.

You will need to modify your Schedule to get rid of the individual W D T and
use the one combined PSD item.

The only thing I don't like about this is that you can't edit the
information. That is why I like using VB to custom program my combined
areas. The program detects the editing of combined cells and then edits the
object as needed.

Hi everyone,

I know this is old, but I found where it could be done rather easily.  In my case, I had a door schedule in another drawing and had the doors in floor plan drawing.  I went into the floor plan drawing and in the style manager, under documentation objects>Property Set Definiton, I clicked on the DoorObjects and change the source of the Width to "Door: Width - 2@".  I hope this helps whoever is looking for this.
