If I put custom tags in a drawing while not in "World" UCS, sometimes they rotate back to "World" from the UCS the were inserted into. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sick of re-tagging
The tag could be set to rotate so you can read from left to right and will change when you change your UCS. Post your custom block and I will take a look.
