My OSNAP will find a midpoint of a line but will not find it on the smart blocks. I am not sure if it is a problem with the smart block or a problem with the OSNAP. (Using ADT2004.)
Any ideas?

In the Options dialog, on the AEC Editor tab, look in the Optimize for Speed area in the left column (third down from top). Is the Object Snap toggle checked? If so, clear the check mark, OK back to the drawing, and see if that resolves your problem.
