New Content for ADT2007

I am installing new Content for ADT2007:
I did start with Odin Cary's e-kits: Fences, Kitchen and Bathroom:
http://www.archidigm.com/
Then came the excellent brick textures from Santelmo:
http://www.santanselmo.com/texture_libraries.html
Easynet/Bionatics trees works both in ADT and Viz Render:
http://www.bionatics.com/Site/who_is/news/index.php3?Quoi=release&page=7
All these catalogs work perfectly well with ADT2007.

Today I did install the Italian Slabs from Iris (
http://www.irisfmg.com/eng/slabs.asp ), but every time I use I-drop to
insert a slab, I receive this message. Does anyone know what am I doing
wrong?

Pedro
thanks for posting those links.....the archidigm libraries are imperial
arent they? If you're working in metric, is there a units problem to
overcome? I'm interested in them but I'm drawing in mm here in Australia

Hi

You are right, the Archidigm libraries are Imperial, but they work perfectly
well in Metric.
So far, the only problem I found was with lavatories with faucets, but I
have already solved the problem:
1. Drag/drop them from the Content Browser to an Imperial template.
2. Change the Drawing Setup to Metric units.
3. Copy/paste them to you own Metric template.
Note: this problem occurs only with a couple of items.

I forgot to mention the link to download the excellent Content from Iris:
http://www.irisfmg.com/eng/software.asp

PS: Here, in architectural projects, we draw in Meters (not in mm)...

Thanks for sharing...
I was unable to locate a drawing file "irisfmg-materiali-solette-levigati.dwg" that contains the slab styles that the Iris catalogs reference. Is there something besides the 3 links to download the ADT content? If you have this file, I believe you just need to copy it to the current "Tool Catalog Content Root" search path - found in OPTIONS, AEC Content .

Hi Sean

That's it!
I´ve been searching for that dwg file, but didn't find it either...

good
thanks Pedro
we went metric only 35 years ago and we're still in a wierd limbo land where
parts are based on imperial measurements eg increments of 300mm
approximating the old foot...oh well, after so many years I guess it's
permanent...at least its a lot easier doing arithmetic in metric than
imperial
