If I insert as block, it's fine. Until I figure out problem, any way to
force all multiview blocks to insert as blocks?
Also, I did repair in case anyone suggests.

I usually just load the display styles, but all to often multi view blocks
do not display in non ADT drawings (we're using 3.3). In Style manager,
there is only check boxes for Plot:50 and 100, and Reflected. In the viewer
window of Style Manager, there is no representation for any display type.
How do I reliably enable multi view blocks to display?
