having troubles with the following items

1. Ac Standard Service Fails

2. Fail to Create CommCntrClientSink Object

3. I have lost my Properies Palette and Both Design Center Plattes

 

I have tried to reload a couple of time but doen't fix the problems

 

Any suggestions on what to do?

You can Google search the first two, many options to fix posted.
