Express tool bars and palettes

Hello all,
My express tool bar icons show up as question marks. They are questions
marks even in the pull down menus.
I am unable to drag and dock my palettes - Tools Palette, Properties, Design
center. I cant move any of those.
Any input is appreciated.

Hi Decibel,
Try deleting the acetmain.mnr file and restart your application and see if that helps..

There is a small lock icon on bottom right had side corner(below the command prompt)-if that is set to lock, then you cannot move/dock your tool bars.

Thanks Shruti,
That worked for the Express toolbar icons.
I still have the issue of dragging the palettes and toolbars. I cannot drag
and move any of the toolbars and pallettes.

Hi Decibel,
Did you check to make sure that the position of tool bars and palettes are not locked..i can;t think of any other reason why this could happen,
