Error bad argument type: streamp nil

I am receiving an error: bad argument type: streamp nil when I start ADT
3.3. I took an existing computer and gave it to a new employee. When we try
to open an Autocad drawing it tells us do you want to open as a read only
file. Every dwg file we try it asks this. This only happens in autocad, we
tried Word and excel files that are located on the same network drive and
they open fine. So I don't think it is a premissions problem. I think it as
to do with autocad?????????

when the time of taking any one from upload item first time
i get that object ,and i repeat that properties "streamp nil"was shown in the command box...after closing the file when i reopen it the procedures continuos...do u have any suggestion for solve this problem
