Editing Window Styles

We are trying to make a custom window style based on the standard style.
Basically we are modifying components to show up on particular layers. This
works except for a "header" block that is the color 50 on the A-Glaze layer.
How can we modify this component?

When creating custom blocks for use in ADT objects, the block must be
created with the geometry on Layer 0, with the color, linetype, linetype
scale, and plot style set to ByBlock. This will allow you to apply display
settings just like it was a native part of the object like the frame or
glass. If the geometry is drawn with it's settings ByLayer, the block will
only have the ability to inherit the settings of the layer the conainer
object resides on. In your case the window on A-Glaz
