DWG to PDF

Does anyone know of a way to copy the dwg to pdf printer from ADT 2007 to ADT 05 or 06? I tried just copying it into the the plotter folders but it doesn't work.
Thanks

2007's new features are unique to 2007. The whole idea
behind upgrading.

As for plotting to PDF, the ability has been around since
1990s, all you need is a pdf driver installed.

WE will be be updating but its not in the budget yet, I have 1 copy of ADT 07 and would like to try to get the PDF functionality into 05 & 06. Jaws, cute and others have given us problems in the past so we're looking for a temp (until upgrade) reliable pdf writer.

Try the PDF drivers again, there are no issues, none here
since ADT2.

2007 features are only in 2007, you can't bump them down to
older versions.

Agreed. I've used a number of the free ones with excellent results. I've seen
others post about problems; but I think they were using old versions of
acad/ADT and older versions of the PDF converters.

I've used the acroplot pro software for years now and it's pretty good, highly recommended.

Has anybody seen problems or issue using the PDF printer now included with 2007 that you can't get into very many options. I.E. one of our big reasons why we currently are using Bluebeam is due to us needing the ability to select lines merge in the custom properties. I confirmed with Shaan during the beta that this functionality would not be included in the OOTB PDF printer. Anybody else having these type of issues?

Linemerge is not there, and PDF files are huge compared to
3rd party drivers and there are no 3rd party niceties
(depends on what you buy and what is included of course).
