drawing window status bar quirk

I have a user here on ADT2k6 with a status bar that's missing some things from it. The only items showing are "isolate objects" and "manage xrefs". I clicked on the black arrow to the right and all 8 items have check boxes next to them.
My guess is the user buggered something up with the default support file locations, but I just thought I would check before reinstalling.

If there is an icon called "Drawing Status bar toggle" next to the isolate
objects icon click on it.
