different linework in section/elevation - who knows how to...?

Please tell me how to create my windows and doors outlines and frames in different color than given from 2d section/elevation style without exploding 2d section/elevation?

You need to look into the rules of a section/elevation style this is where
you set the color/layer you want these items to go to.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for that explanation. I wish future ADT versions would simplify this process. It
should be unnecessary to scratch down all of these color/component settings from each item
that we are going to be drawing from the elevation rep set and transfer to design rules.
Thankfully, you already did most of the work to make things look good with the
non-standard 2D elevation styles available in the content files.

Doug,

If they made the process more simple, then I would be out of a job! I need
these complex processes to keep me busy making up documents like this. 🙂
