CAD blocks

where can one find a block for Bleachers?

If stairs wont do -- I suggest you re-post with the topic. "need bleachers" -- I would guess someone has made a stair style, wall style, etc. before. Or you might build one row from solids or mass elements and ARRAY at an angle.
It is possible that bleacher manufacturers have CAD drawings or blocks.

I went overboard on one job... Here's a curtainwall style I've used.
It was hacked together pretty quick, so it isn't perfect.

To make it *really* work right, you need to override the cut plane on
every row of seats... I just sketched the remainder of the plan with
lines instead...

Sir, I have been studing you bleacher1 drawing for a week now and can not figure out how you change the aisle location when I need a 88 foot wide bleacher vs your 51' could you please help.

I think your best bet would be to start with a new CW object that has no
infill overrides--don't try to modify the objects I have already
created. From there, you can turn on the infill markers, merge cells,
and override infills as needed to produce the design you need.
