Basic text height in qleader

What controls the text height during the Qleader command? I have gone to Drawing Setup (AECDWGSCALESETUP) and set my "Annotation Plot Size" to 1/8", but it seems to have no effect on my text height. I am still getting 3/32" results (9" when in 1/8" = 1'-0" scale). Where do I ultimately control that text height?

nm, I see now that a qleader looks to the dimstyle for text height. "F.
