You would probably need a custom routine to convert Attribute Definitions to Text, and you would have to know what value the text should have (tag, prompt or default value; the latter could be an empty string).
You could create a block out of the Attribute Definitions, insert an instance if you do not routinely keep the objects as a block in the drawing and then give the attributes the values you want to have in the Text. The BURST Express Tool could then be used to explode the attributes to Text.
