Uploading should preserve directory structure

When uploading a folder full of files, it should preserve directory structure similar to Dropbox or Google Drive.  That will help to facilitate an easier and more efficient way to share files with other users.  This is particularly needed for Civil applications where Xrefs are vital to smooth operation.

This would also be great to just start a project off with a standard folder structure that is empty. We use the same setup on all projects, so it would be good to have that same structure on the A360 project as well. Currently empty folders are ignored when uploading.
