Wrong reinforcement placing at the sections

Dear All,

Traverse through the forums I found that ASD is error prone for placing the reinforcement at the correct location for the sections, that has been a hassle since the last 3 version of ASD (starting from 2010) and based on the forums ınputs there is not any attempt from the Autodesk side to remedy it.

Does anybody can summarize if its still remains valid in ASD2013 version as well, or is it been fixed?

Did you tried a cover modification for workaround it?

What is that cover modification workaround? 

Just simply trying to place that by cheating the program with cover distance?
