i think there is another small problem when placing hooks for surface reinforcement bars.
If i select the 180 degree hook option, i have a hook configuration for the plan view (good) which is different from the configuration in the corrisponding position on the main reinforcement table (wrong)... the hooks are placed on the opposite side (see attch)
Could not get the same result. Hooks are fain at my model. You should post your file. Even better send it to Autodesk support- maybe its a bug.

i'm using asd2012 x64 with vindows 7. i also used a standard template, the italian one, but the same thing happens with other templates. See the dwg, still couldn't manage to get the hook placed correctly.
