Why my cad is hanging

Dear Arshad,

  we were facing this issue at our customer's place. It is in autocad Structural Detailing 2010 on win 7 32bit. We come to know from the Autodesk site that this ASD 2010 is not supported by Win 7 32bit. Please see link below. You have not mensioned which version of ASD you are using.
