Slab edge reinforcement path - arc path

In one of my curret works i've met this situation: 

- the concrete formwork has a circle plain form ( in the attach i've drawn an arc path);

-the rebar form, witch is situated on the edge of the slab, has to fallow the arc path,

-on the X and Y coordinates the rebar form needs to be fallow the path both verticaly and horizontaly.

Please , any advices for my situation?
