RF moment connection weld access holes

Many of the fully restrained beam/col welded connections listed in FEMA 350 and AISC require weld access holes as shown in the attachment.  Is there a tool to make this beam fit or any tricks to simplify it?

Only polyline fitting on model.

The wish of tool for operating on drawings was already registered.
