There is a button that points out to Autodesk that we want an answer from them.

Thanks Darren.  Seeing that made me investigate a bit into what I actually have for support. I didn't realize I had a fairly large support package. 

I'll be trying out that phone support today.

the wording from the previous post has changed

its no longer called gold & platium it has changed now

for previous gold subscription it is now called Advanced

platnium is now called enterprise
