Rebar Database

Hi,..

 

..just wanted to add some new rebar diameters but the only thing i found was this dialog with wire fabrics???

Where is the rebar dialog? Any help would be highly appreciated!

When i try to open Database .xml file , it opens into Internet Explorer not as table...

DO NOT OPEN THE FILE FORM THE WINDOWS EXPLORER

BUT, OPEN THE DATATBASE FILE FROM THE ASD (AUTOCAD STRUCTURAL DETAILING EXPLORER) IT'S SELF
