Have you tried it yourself?

For me it causes fatal error.  I have tired with two different drawings.

I can not post the drawings, as they contain sensitive information.

And I cannot produce any other sample file, as I do not have ASD 2010 installed.

P.S. The other way around .... was not the question.

I think sometimes it happens but please try to share the file.

We have abilities to check it closer and possibly fix.

BTW is 2010 version file saved on priintout or model tab?

Yes. Off course I've tried. Otherwise I wouldn't have answered.

Try to open the back-up file.

Finally it was solution by opening with recover in 2011 and saving there.

Next attempt of opening it in 2013 finishes successfully.

So, that means ASD2011 is the most stable and the best version? I still vote vor ASD2012 as beeing the best until now.

This solution accepted is just incidental - in such case only.

General conclusion about stability is rather unjustified.

But I can confirm that most of all examples are not easy to open in 2013.
