when i create views in ASD it wants to put the center lines blue and my hidden lines red how can i changed these layer setting?

I would reccommend changing all your styles, then saving a template for yourself so you don't have to change them again for every drawing.

I did this and my layers still have not changed to what i specified in the dimensioning styles

and also my holes are not showing up in my views how do i make those visable i have the hole settings turn on in the dimensioning styles but they wont show up

Make sure the style you edited (first picture) is the same as the style of your detail drawing (second picture).

In my exmaple, both styles are "Custom Assembly - standard".
