is there an option for out-putting plates to dxf files for CNC and profile cutters?

Tools > DSTV Data export > NC - Numeric Commands (Export)

option to export directly to DXF for nesting programs really exists?

Manually only for dxf! I copy and pasted each plate into a blank acad dwg and "saveas" to dxf

"Alternately you can create sheets of 1:1 details of your plates and save out the sheets (printouts) as individual files which can be converted to dxf."

Ok and I'm sorry, is too much work process more than 100 TN of steel structure in this way each time that I need to transfer information to production control office.
