Draw Line with slope VBA

I have to draw Line with slope again and again....could some Auto CAD VBA with

     inputs   .......slope to precision of 0.000.....  I mean slope of 0.5%...[with Delta y is 0.005..... delta x is 0]

     outputs ....... Line with slope i specify

Okay just to make it easier for myself

I want it some how it to be drawn on Block editor

like as Block table and when ever the user try to select a given slope say 0.5 it will draw line

with slope b/n the points of the following picture... shown on red with circle
