Dimension Line's Tezt on the other side

Guys! Somebody, please! Many hours and couldn't figure it out!!!

My dimension line has it's text, in the isometry, on the other side of it's dimension (the measure is correct, just the position of the text is strange).

I wanted it like te otherviews, where it is aligned on the top of the line, no under it.

There is something else... Oh man... The weld's symbols don't show up (also, if posile, I wold like to mak the body of the wel appear)  in the drawing I made (attached the isometry and some views, attached in this post).

I also can't (or don't know why or how) create other templates other than the existing ASD's ones. I am copying. First I use "from template". Then I erase the ASD board and copy from another archive the board I would like. BUT I WOULD LIKE to insert it using "from template", directlky. Help, please!

HELP!
