Customized balloon (symbols and label styles)

Hi, how can I make a customized balloon? I wanted to make a balloon that is similar to Inventor because the round shape in ASD is not circle.

It will be nice to have that additional option on the list of Balloons, Problem with Round one's is fitting text in it. 

unless you will number you items with Numeric without Alphabets.

Personal view, Round ones works well on Grid lines. not on Item numbers.

thanks for the reply. I already tried to use numbers but the problem still exist especially when it comes to double digits.

Why the balloon show "hatch" around the label ?
