Collaboration between ASD Formwork - ASD Steel and Revit
I found myself explaining to some fellows that Revit Structure can no export anything but a limited number of constructive elements (Columns, beam, and framing) no walls or footings, no trusses or connection details.
Now can anybody tell me how can I connect my ASD steel structure to its ASD concrete footings???
If that's not possible so why to invest in this software?
Autodesk "Suite" 🙂 don't work as you want. So, you can export from Formwork to Reinforcement, but are a lot of problem with bar distribution. With Steel don't colaborate any. I don't understand until today (I work in RCAD Steel and Formwork and Reinforcemet for more than 7 years) for what is REVIT Structures. So, if you have any option for buy software, try other. I spend a lot of money, but ASD it's under other design software. My opinion.
