I am using a Clip Angle Connection with at an intersection of 2 Channels. When I accept the Connection it automatically clips the end of one of the Channels.
Is there a property I am missing when filingl in the information on the Connection?
Thanks

Which case it is that you asked about? (see attached)
Unfortunately I am not able to open the file you attached due to having an earlier version of ASD. I have attached a file showing the problem.
Then Connection is clipping the member only along the bolted side of the Angle when it should be extending to the face of the intersecting member.
Thank You for your Reply.
You make a mistake choosing secondary beam as main one (?)

I need the connection to look like the pdf i attatched. By selecting the other beam it puts the Angles on the wrong side. Am i using the wrong Connection all together?
Please try Clip-angle - Beams/Beam web-double sided.
Yes, I had previously missed the Check Box that lets you select the Left and or Right sides in the Clip Angle Double Side Connection.
Thanks Again
