i have ASD 2012 with a student license and Robot also with a student License .

The frame of your structure can be only imported on ASD-steel if you let your file open in RSA.

But i need to extract the reinforcement plans from this building . Is that possible?

If your RC elements are calculated on RSA, you could import your reinforcement drawings on ASD- Reinforcement, you can also import your Reinforcement area from Robot if your panels are calculated before.

Im not that of an advanced user in RSA.How can i import / export the drawings ? I only know how to do the statical calculus.

I did that sizing calculu in mathcad and just added the sizes of the elements while designing in robot
