I am doing the 30day trial of Structural detailing. I am trying to create a beam knee brace from a beam flange to beam flange. It will be bolted on with a shear plate welded to the beam flanges. The structure knee brace with clip picture is our 2d AutoCAD drawing and the structure knee brace picture is the detail 3d drawing. The line in this picture is where i would like to put the knee brace. How do i do this?
