ASD Lenguage Pack? (for suite version)

Hello,

 the question is if it's avaibale any lenguage pack for ASD? Because I have Plant Design Suite and it is only english version. But Structural Detailing has more lenguages (in my case I need spanish). And the suite only install english... 

 I find that for AutoCAD there are Lenguage Pack to translate it from the suite lenguage, but for ASD I don't find anywhere. Any idea?

Hello,

unfortunately it is not possible to change language of ASD 2012 to different language than basic language of the Suite ASD is contained in.

And if I uninstall ASD, and turn install only ASD basic, is posible to use licence of suite in this case?

What do you mean by ASD and ASD basic?

If ASD basic is simply pure AutoCAD without structural detailing components then there is no need to uninstall or reinstall anything because the shortcut to pure AutoCAD is already existing - at least in Start menu:

I named basic ASD, the ASD which is without Suite. Are there any files in ASD which I can substitute for changing lenguages?

ASD is distributed only in Suites.

There is no possibility to change language in ASD 2012 - it is related not only to changing language resource files but also to registering various components.

Without Suite... I have Plant Design suite, and the question is if I desintall my ASD (which is from Suite) and then install ASD from the page which I attach before (in spanish and without Suite) is posible to activate the ASD with my licence of Plant Desing?

Yes, it is without Suite - but it is a trial version. It is not possible to purchase ASD alone.

As concerns your situation there is no need to un-install English version of ASD 2012. You can install Spanish version simulateneously with English one - selecting "espanol" as Product Language during new installation.

In such case 2 sets of shortcuts will exist - English and Spanish.

No need to activate again because various language versions of ASD 2012 are treated as the same product.

There aren't diference between trial and complet version. Because it's the same program and during installation ask if I want to use program how trial (30 days of use) or if I have license number, and after introduce this number the program is complet.

You say that during installation select spanish lenguages, but where is that selector, I don't find it...

In the Product Design Suite during installation is posible to add Language Packs for any program of suite, but in the Plant Design Suite this option there isn't. Why?

Ok. Finally the solution will be:

- Install the Plant Design Suite complete in english

- And then install ASD spanish with the same product licence (suite licence)
