How do I delete layouts without crashing?
Even though I rename the layout sheets, ASD keeps copies, which it re-names as Layout2(10) for example.
What is the best way to clean this up?
Further to my original message:
ASD has now created 9 versions of my ISO Layout, which I am using to indicate my erection assembly. The latest is called: Layout3(9). I did not call it that, but rather gave it a unique custom name, i.e. "ISOMETRIC S1".
Layout3(8) is an earlier version. When I activate this layout, I get the message: "Connections update started…" what is the significance of that? After a considerable time, all of the Model space elements except those that I put on a layer called Existing Column disappear as does the message: Connections update started…
Am I activating an Undo back to an earlier version by Activating the Layout? What are the dangers of doing this, and if this does undo things, what is the best procedure to manage your layouts?
