Verify Text dialog not appearing

Hi,

My client is running Image > Text Recognition > Recognize Text on his PC. He is then prompted to place a rectangle around the text. After the rectangle is completed the Verify Text dialog does not appear.

He is just prompted to digitize another rectangle.

Does anyone have any ideas about why the Verify Text dialog does not appear on his PC?

He is using AutoCAD 2002 and Raster Design 3.

I uninstalled AutoCAD 2002 and Raster Design 3 - rebooted - and then reinstalled AutoCAD 2002 and Raster Design 3. Everything seems to work fine now.
