After installing the trial version and launching using the shortcut created, I get the error "Raster Design is not initialized".
What am I missing?
Thank you
Allan

I'm having the exact problem with the 2010 trial - any luck yet?

Raster Design can only be installed along side the same year version of an
Autocad Product. (2010 Civil 3D-.2010 Raster Design) or (2010 AutoCAD->
2010 Raster Design).

That's exactly what I've done, and still does not work.
Same error:
AutoCAD Raster Design could not find a license. Please contact your reseller or Autodesk.

I did install it with a matching version of Civil 3D (both are 2010) - so I don't think that's it. I did get a older trial of 2009 and installed it (with Civil 3D 2009) and works like a charm; something funky about 2010

I have 2010 Raster with 2010 Civil 3D, it works just fine. Perhaps you may
need to do some "repairs".
Windows 7 x 64

Is your OS 64 bit? There is a work-around for that but as I recall, you
could not even get it to install without it.
