Rotated on insert

I have a new one for me,
I'm using raster 2008, ldd 2008, I export my raster with ccitt group 4, tiled, I include rotation in correlation and output type is world file. ( that is not the issue). When i go to insert the new raster it is rotated 90 degrees. the width and the length are opposite the original width and length. Really weird. If anyone can help please help.

I had the same problem before. I had rotated the image on the INSERT or manually in AutoCAD.
Try this: Correlate the image rotation in Raster Design (i.e. MATCH or RUBBERSHEET) and then save it. It worked for me.
